This Wingstop location used to be one of the best in the area. However, it seems the current challenges stem from an overworked and understaffed team. The staff appear burnt out, and it’s noticeable that the environment has changed. The manager, who was always friendly and welcoming, now seems understandably stressed—he’s often working long hours and almost daily.
It’s clear that the team here needs additional support, especially during busy times like weekends and holidays. The ownership should seriously consider investing in more staff and improving working conditions. This location generates enough business to justify proper staffing, and doing so would not only enhance the customer experience but also create a much healthier and more sustainable environment for the employees.

It happens, they mixed my order up and gave my wings instead of tenders. Big difference in size. Offered to replace them for me on my next visit and to my surprise with my next order they added my tenders without question. Awesome.

San Pedro Wingstop is the worst. There is always something wrong with your order. Something is always missing or something is always wrong! It ruins your meal. Especially when you doordash and there's no way you're going back. Check to make sure they're fully cooked. I've gotten nasty 1/2 raw wings. Good luck. I would have given them a zero if possible.

Tried their new Glazed chicken sandwich, and it wasn't bad. My kids love their wings, not sure why... the only downside of this spot is its location! Located in a small shopping center, super small packed parking, off a busy main street!

Hello. On 1/23/25 around 11:30am I placed an online order for pickup. I ordered a Bulker bundle (hot honey) with a large fries and Cajun corn. I went to pick up my order around 12:00pm and it was not ready for another 10 minutes. Once I received my order I drove back home, mind you, I live about 45 minutes away. I finally settle down in my home and open up my bag to find half of my wings are missing. I call the restaurant to tell them my grievances and asked for a refund for my order because I did not receive what I paid for. Wendy, their shift leader, argued with me and told me that the cook insisted that he included all 16 chicken wings when he in fact did not. It was ridiculous, I wouldn’t have called the restaurant if I had received what I ordered. Wendy told me a refund was not possible and the best they can do is give me store credit for 10 classic wings. I told her I was unable to drive back and pick up the order, and would prefer a refund for the order. She talked to the general manager, Betsy, and still was firm on no refund and they could only comp me for 10 wings. I asked to get a refund for the 10 wings they were trying to compensate me with and they still would not cooperate. I was scammed out of my money. This ruined my entire day. I wasted my time, energy, and money. I absolutely love Wingstop. I have invested into the Wingstop franchise and it is disappointing to see the way customer service is handled. I would appreciate if I could talk to someone who actually is professional because Wendy was extremely rude. Overall, it was a horrible experience. I still want my refund.

Online services is excellent The food is not the best I ordered boneless chicken meal Louisiana flavor and I got a tray with nuggets full of Tabasco sauce taste more like vinegar and the fries extremely salty,soggy and burnt at the tips in fact all the food was salty.I ordered the same in Torrance CA location it was so much better The girls were very nice I given the 5star customer service is very good
Why don't ya have a 40 pieces and what is a boneless wing a chicken nugget why ya serve that is a kid meal

They take a long time to finish your order, especially for small orders like how does it take almost an hour for 20 wings I’ve seen them make more wings for others for half the time. And the parking sucks, always stuff going on there

The food took over an hour to be made. My sister and I had placed online orders at home (hers prepaid and mine paid in store) and were given an estimated time of 16-20 minutes on the online receipt. We got there 20 minutes after placing our orders, checked in, and then waited another 40 minutes. We don't know if the online time estimate was the issue or if our ticket just got lost in the cookline, but all we know is we wasted 40 extra minutes of our night not knowing when our food would be done as people before and after us in line got their orders. Was a busy night so I cut them some slack, but annoyed by the online order telling us to get there way too early.
