It is scrumptious
Citlaly I went tonight with my pregnant wife to your establishment to spend my hard earned money to come the cashier when my wife asked Citlaly a simple question how was ur night which we got no response and gave my wife a nasty look so I asked maybe it’s because your tired and she rolled her eyes and gave me a nasty look too there was no professionalism in your establishment and no people skills it must because Citlaly was on her phone with no gloves on putting away spoons 🤢 so yea that’s why I’m giving you guys one star what a waste of my American dollar.
Good customer service, nice selection of toppings. First time having it will be back
The place was an absolute mess…. ice cream on the floors leftover cups on the machines….. toppings bar just a mess four of the machines are broken and no new or good flavours! The place is so unkempt it’s sad! I think I’ll have to find another yogurt shop that cares about the customer experience!

I spent almost $20, used my rewards and was told that my autistic son couldn't get the FREE Pistacho Giant Spoon, because it was only to go orders and after rewards came out less than $12. Promotion does not says anything about to go only or not to be combined with rewards. Just came here for the spoon, shame on you!

The yogurt is great but the fruit was so frozen tasted lije ice. The gal who rang me up needs to lighten and crack a smile. Very unfriendly and rude.
