In general, the service, the staff, the cleanliness, the atmosphere is very good but something happened, some tacos were spicy when they specifically do not show that they have it, a family member could not continue eating because the spice was very strong and it was not expected either. that I had it.
Had there fried chicken and carne asada plate which comes with fries,rice,beans,pasta with hand made tortillas very generous with there portions.

I came here because the San Francisco Chronicle listed it as one of the best 10 tamales in the bay area. I was not disappointed. It’s not traditional corn masa tamales from Mexico, but rather rice or potato masa tamales. The sauces are wonderful the meat is tender, and the tamales melt in your mouth. The nice lady behind the counter was very helpful in helping me make my choices. I bought six different tamales to take home. I’ll be back.

Having just driven across the country and craving good mexican food my son and I took a chance on this little taqueria while our car was serviced nearby. We didn't want a heavy meal and our super burrito and quesadillas were excellent. The customers seemed to be mostly locals who were ordering giant bowls of some sort of soup. There were many items on the menu that looked good!
