These cupcakes were just as delicious as they were beautiful! I’ll admit, I was a little worried they might be too sweet with all that frosting, but I was completely blown away. The sweetness was perfectly balanced, and the cake was incredibly fluffy and moist. I served them at a broker’s tour and received so many compliments from the agents. They were a total hit! I’ll definitely be ordering from Baked Blooms again, highly recommend if you want a true showstopper!

Parking lot is a serious issue that needs to be fixed. Employees of nearby businesses take up all the spots as well as their customers so no drivers can get in or customers of these locations. It needs to be fixed or we will continue to patronize other businesses who have parking that isn’t a messy free for all.
My second time ordering from Sarah and the amazing design options you see online are 100% realized. In addition, Sarah is cooperative & communicative in trying to meet order requests. The cupcakes are even more gorgeous than the eye-catching photos. I have no hesitation in ordering again and making Baked Blooms a first choice for future events.

I went to Baked Blooms for one of her cupcake decorating classes. She's clearly an expert at what she does, and she's very nice, but she's not a great teacher. While I wouldn't take another class with her, there aren't many cake decorating classes around, and her prices are comparable to other cooking classes I've taken. So, if you're really interested in learning from someone in person, it might still be worth it.For those who want more detail:The goal in the class is to learn 4 new decorating techniques, which is perhaps too much if your brand new, and this makes things rushed. This is exacerbated when the buttercream starts to warm. (She gives you both colors at the start of the 1.5 hour class, giving the color you don't need at first too much time to warm, which makes decorating even harder.)There were 12 students in the class. It sounds small, but with a bunch of newbies, it means you can't really ask all your questions or get a lot of support. She is happy to help. You just might have to fight for it.As for the teaching itself, the demos go quickly, and they're hard to see from a distance and around other students. Try to sit front and center. It would be nice if she had one of those overhead mirrors you find in some cooking classes, or if she could go more slowly. It also wouldn't hurt if she showed you a picture of where she was headed before she started.As for the cupcakes themselves, they're better than what you'd get at Safeway, but they are surprisingly bland. Her work is absolutely lovely, but I wouldn't buy them given the taste.
