They put AI in the drive through. I eat here all the time, and it was never good. Just serviceable. AI at the drive through gives me a migraine

We where asking about the price on the order and said that it was wrong, and the girl shout out, "make sure to send me the picture" and procedes to slam the window, never coming here again, just to this local, I love burger King but I hate this local and the employees pls fix that.

It's Burger King, what can I say? This location in San Rafael, CA is open until 1AM,,,usually but I'd check first before getting in your car with an erge. The restaurant portion closes earlier and then take Drive-Thru only. You can work through the Drive-Thru, never did that but guess it's ok, I assume. Make sure you ask them for condiments that you require, they are stingy so be adamant what you require, me it's mayo. Bon appetite!

Ordered two sandwiches,two fries and two drinks. Got the bag of food and ONE drink and she walks away for to talk for a while, comes back and has an attitude and asks "do you need something? YEAH. Probably the second drink I PAID for???? Hands me the drink. "Oops" yeah no wonder you work at burger king.
Onion rings were good I had a anxiety attack in the drive thru not related to the restaurant at all but the onion rings somehow stopped the anxiety lol.........

I hate being that person who shows up right at closing but I’ve been driving all night and was so hungry. It was 5 till close, and I pulled up through the drive though that was still open, and they shut the lights off! Like just so they didn’t have to take my order. And so I pulled up at the window to see if they even had some old fries I could buy, I was that hungry, and the employee wouldn’t even look at me. If you’re open till 1, then stay open till 1, if you’re open till 1, don’t close @ 12:54. Weak. Won’t bother with BK and try and give them my money again. Employees, be better. Atleast say sorry we’re closed or something. Rude and disrespectful.

Be careful of the nearby road, it has unmarked dips that will destroy your bumper. The bathroom was closed for 20 minutes while they cleaned the whole rest of the restaurant, and the food is so much smaller and worse than 5 years ago.
