I want to shout out this whole store and especially Jamesha. They were able to help me fill out a catering order on lower than usual build up time needed. They saved the day for me and people I was feeding. Not only that but they had it ready to go earlier than they said and everything was high quality in regards to the food. Best chipotle around!

I genuinely can not put into words how irritated I am right now. I ordered a burrito bowl via uber eats and they skipped out on putting chicken in it entirely. Even though I specifically asked for both chicken options. Truly night ruining…imagine opening a burrito bowl expecting chicken and finding cold rice, not enough beans, salsa and a negligible amount of guac even by Chipotle standards. I did cry.

I witnessed something incredibly upsetting at this Chipotle today that left a really bad taste in my mouth — and I hadn’t even ordered anything yet. A man came into the store looking visibly distressed. He looked dehydrated, flushed, and unwell — the kind of person you’d hope any decent human would show some kindness toward. Instead of responding with compassion, the manager spoke to him in an incredibly rude and dismissive tone. It wasn’t just a “no” — it was cold and condescending, like they were annoyed he even asked. Everyone around, including me, saw how bad the situation was. It honestly shook me. He was turned away like he didn’t matter. If this is how management at this location handles people in need, I don’t want to support it. Do better, Chipotle.

My friend, who has a medical condition that causes excessive sweating and dehydration, asked for a cup of water. The employee (a young woman working at the time) was extremely rude and refused. He was clearly distressed and visibly unwell.
This could have been avoided with a little compassion and basic human decency. I understand policies, but the way she handled the situation lacked empathy and professionalism. I hope the staff receives better training on how to respond to potential medical situations—or at least how to treat people with kindness.

I came to this Chipotle with three friends for lunch. Two of them ordered food, and although my other friend and I didn’t order anything, we were sitting with them while they ate. I politely asked the manager for a water cup, and she flat-out refused.
After doing some quick research, I found that in Marin County, restaurants are legally required to provide drinking water upon request (per Marin Municipal Water District Code 13.02.021). I calmly brought this up to her and asked again—and she still refused, this time with a noticeable attitude. She even told me she could call the police on me for loitering. All I wanted was a basic cup of tap water while I sat with my friends.
On top of that, the manager was behaving in an extremely unprofessional way toward her staff—constantly putting her arms around employees and touching them in ways that honestly looked very uncomfortable and inappropriate. It was concerning to watch.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience crossed a line. Between the refusal to follow local law and the uncomfortable dynamic I witnessed with staff, I won’t be returning to this location. Management seriously needs to be addressed.

Start with, the place was very clean; inside and outside. I ordered the new honey chicken, in a bowl; the bomb !! We visited this location on 4-5-2025 at around a little after 11:00am. Now for the customer service; they all hate their jobs. This job includes the best customer service to represent a great company; failed. No smile when greeted with a big smile from my wife. She just figured that this person was having a bad day. The next employee was even worse !!! The young black lady was not only rude, but very snotty. I was treated about the same from the rest of the staff. The young Hispanic lady with the gold tooth in front of her mouth, acted like I wasn't even in front of her. This could not be my Chipotle that I enjoy each each time in all the states that I have visited !!! Wow, customer service; zero. Kindness to your customers; zero. Their was not a receipt given to us either. We just wanted to eat and leave !!! I will still enjoy this company, just not at this location !!! See my reviews that I have given to other establishments, very accurate and fair. Owner needs to reassess their training or hiring qualities in a person.

They can’t be serious with these portions I ordered online and got 5 pieces of steak half a scoop of rice half a scoop of beans but for some reason 2 handfuls worth of cheese
