Ordered a milkshake and it was extremely watery, I pointed it out to the employee who made it and they said I should have ordered a Thick shake if I wanted it thicker

Been going to double rainbow for years be it in San Rafael or San Francisco but I have to say the prices just keep going up not just them but everybody pretty soon I'll have to pass on the little fun things in life

Good ice cream, great sando wishes and salads. Cute staff. The building is a little funky and dirty with poor ventilation. A good place to chill.

I did not like this experience. The atmosphere was dingy and tired . When I got my ice cream I ate a little bit of it but then after a few more licks I found a hair that wasn’t mine. My parents said to keep eating it, so I did. Then, I was halfway done and I found the same color hair in my ice cream again. It’s disgusting it gives me creeps even thinking about it. We told the employee and her response was “I’m bald, so can’t be me”. She offered me another cone but I was disgusted by that time. She didn’t even offer us a refund or say sorry.
Double Rainbow is me and my daughter’s favorite spot. We love going there after getting food at Crepevine or Taqueria Bahía. Me and my daughter love the flavor it’s a goody! Please consider stopping by here and grabbing a quick bite to eat. They don’t just have ice cream, but shakes, sandwiches, and more.

Ordered a sandwich (blah), strawberry milkshake and a caramel latte! The latte was the absolute best latte I have ever had anywhere!!! Will definitely be back...just not for sandwiches.
