Amazing ice cream and employees - would come again!
Walked down after getting Thai food for dinner. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Loved all of the items for sale. That portion was closed off due to it being late I guess but awesome to still see while enjoying ice cream.
Now that is ice cream, plenty of butter fat. Three different types of cones to choose from, and a small is plenty. Can use a debit card, too.
That place in Fairfax doesn't come close.
The staff were really friendly. There are two non-dairy flavors and the one I had was decent. I should have called first because I thought they were soy based looking at the photos and when I arrived one of them was oat based (I’m allergic to oats).
Also, sorbet is NOT ice cream. Please do not list it as non-dairy ice cream.
As a pregnant woman with a very specific craving, I made the noble 20-minute pilgrimage for a scoop of sweet satisfaction. I arrived at 9 PM on 7/2 to find the shop open but eerily empty — no staff in sight. After five minutes of awkwardly loitering like a lost cone, someone finally appeared and greeted me with, “Well, can I get you anything?” Not exactly the warm, “Oh! Sorry to keep you waiting,” I had in mind.
Still, I was willing to let it go... if the ice cream blew me away. Spoiler alert: it did not. I ordered a single scoop in a waffle cone, only to discover halfway through that I was gnawing on a paper sleeve left inside the cone. That's right — my crunchy treat came with a bonus layer of disappointment. I couldn’t even enjoy the cone properly, and by the time I got home, my ice cream had turned into a sad, soupy mess.
Pregnancy cravings are no joke, and this little adventure left me more bummed than blissed. Here's hoping it was just an off night — but next time, I'll stick closer to home (or bring a spoon for the car ride). 🍦🥲
Great place for vegan icecream, vegan pastries, and other plant based goods. Shares space with an art studio/makers market. Supports those with autism.
It is new, and more modern after they moved. AND, the ice cream was awesome as always.
The food/beverage products are top notch quality!! However, they do not have enough top notch quality; gluten free, diary free, corn free, and grain free food/beverage products, (but they do have top notch quality hygiene products)!!
Servers are fun to talk with and to learn about the best treats!
Best place in downtown San Rafael for ice cream.

Ordered a milkshake and it was extremely watery, I pointed it out to the employee who made it and they said I should have ordered a Thick shake if I wanted it thicker

Good ice cream and nice staff but the place could use a refreshing, or at least a cleaning, geez.
