I did not like this experience. The atmosphere was dingy and tired . When I got my ice cream I ate a little bit of it but then after a few more licks I found a hair that wasn’t mine. My parents said to keep eating it, so I did. Then, I was halfway done and I found the same color hair in my ice cream again. It’s disgusting it gives me creeps even thinking about it. We told the employee and her response was “I’m bald, so can’t be me”. She offered me another cone but I was disgusted by that time. She didn’t even offer us a refund or say sorry.

This ice cream is to die for! Good: - Good prices on scoops and had a yelp discount - The strawberry and cookies and cream ice cream were the best I'd had in a very long time! Thoughrouly impressed and it was not too sweet and fluffy - Super fun and nice servers - let us have samples too Bad: - Long lines here! - Pretty casual diner ambiance here Overall would come back - the ice cream is super good and satisfied my cravings perfectly.

Double Rainbow is me and my daughter’s favorite spot. We love going there after getting food at Crepevine or Taqueria Bahía. Me and my daughter love the flavor it’s a goody! Ordered a sandwich (blah), strawberry milkshake and a caramel latte! The latte was the absolute best latte I have ever had anywhere!!! Will definitely be back...just not for sandwiches.
