my first IHOP visit ever and I could not be more impressed with the food, the service and the overall vibes. i can't believe what I have been missing out on these many years. will! return! soon! :)

Well the food was fine but that was probably the worst coffee and orange juice I've ever had in my life. The people in front of me complained about the coffee being weak and they were right. That's definitely not fresh squeezed orange juice, it was from concentrate or frozen. The coffee was weak and also bitter at the same time. I also ordered wheat toast but I was given white which I don't care but you know it's not what I asked for. The staff were very friendly and fast though. Probably won't go back

Service was all right on Thanksgiving day. The waitress seemed like she definitely didn't wanted to be there. She was nice towards the end when it was time to pay though.

I went there to order lunch for me and my daughter. The menu stated one thing which I was trying to order. The server said that's not for me. I said but it's on your menu. She said that she needs to call her manager. I'm thinking, why do you need to call your manager about something that's on the menu. She came back with the phone and I could hear the manager on the other end. I was stating that the menu said that it comes with sides with the order. It even lists the sides for you to choose from. She said no, that's not for you. I said so your menu says one thing and you're telling me another. You want me to pay and get less than what the meal comes with. She says yes. I said I'm out of here and I'm contacting your corporate office. She said go ahead. I don't care. So, if you're in San Rafael, and you want some food, avoid IHOP!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY MONEY AGAIN. I'M GOING TO WARN EVERYONE I KNOW TO AVOID ALL IHOP RESTAURANTS.

These people don’t allow service dogs, dog size of a small cat in a backpack sitting quite like a mouse made them freak out. Crazy people.

One of the old fashioned IHOP in the nation but in a very good shape. Opens at 7am and even though I came right at 7 the staff was friendly and the food was prepared very quickly. A smile in the morning makes a differences and here you will get one.
Since my last review, the service has improved a lot. The food is amazing as usual. Plenty of places to sit. Quiet place to eat at and customer service has improved. It's been my regular place to go to when I can afford it.

We had lunch. Most people come for breakfast but that day it was convenient. IHOP makes everything not just waffles 😏👍🏻 I recommend the breakfast
