I asked for chocolate milk, they gave me hot chocolate. I asked again for chocolate milk, they gave me lukewarm chocolate. I asked again for chocolate milk, they gave me the same cup but with ice in it. It's cold milk with chocolate in it. It's not hard.

I just bought an Arnold palmer and a bottle of water. I paid 9 dollars for both and the Arnold palmer tastes like medicine and spoiled lemon juice. I kept calling to complain and ask for a refund or a different drink, but nobody answered. Please I give myself these type of treats once in a while, and I feel like I threw away my money by getting such a bad drink.

Was looking for a drive through with a sleeping baby in the car. Got an iced coffee and strawberry banana smoothie. Iced coffee was great. Smoothie was just blended ice and sugar pumps, so maybe more like a slushie. Service was great.

I so thankful for a quick and convenient drive thru coffee fix in busy downtown San Rafael! The people who I assume are the owners are very attentive and friendly. I like the huge variety of options and I’ll be getting some cold treats for sure once it warms up!
Your standard drive-thru coffee joint, with greater than average selection and quality of food. What makes it exceptional is the pleasant staff. I have never been disappointed in how I was met by the folks at Java Detour.
