14 oz. This coffee has an up-front chocolate nose as a whole bean and after grinding, along with meaty and vegetable aromas. In the cup, it is smooth and balanced, with floral flavors and a bit of pronounced citrus acidity, and chocolate on the finish.
Doi Saket, Thep Sadej Village
14 oz. The processing of jute polluted the water used in the rice fields, causing the water buffalo to get sick, and so these people were constantly at odds. The "Honey" process leaves the sugary mucilage of the cherry intact during the drying phase. This then ferments somewhat, resulting in unique flavors and moderate acidity. Our Thep Sadej coffee is earthy, maybe a bit spicy, a bread-like flavor and sweetness, with a medium body.
Chiange Rai, Doi Chang Village
14 oz. Our Doi Chang coffee is our most robust, full-bodied, and complex offering. We push the roast a little bit longer for this coffee, which unlocks its full potential and depth. Many drinkers report a wide range of subtle and often elusive flavors and notes. Perhaps most notable are hints of cedar, tobacco, and a slight fermented fruity flavor similar to apricot. It has a very long finish, which includes a caramel/chocolate aftertaste that is common to many Thai arabicas.

Stopped here on the way from SF to Napa and it was the perfect coffee shop pit stop. They offer a great variety of coffee and tea options, many with a distinct Thai influence. The authentic Thai coffees and teas are especially noteworthy, with beans sourced from Thailand and roasted in-house. In addition to drinks, they also have smoothies, boba, and some food options. The thoughtful Thai decor throughout the space is beautiful and adds a unique charm, and the service was excellent....

Free wifi and bathroom for customers. Very warm inside on a chilly day. There’s 3 small tables, which is a fair amount of seating. I came in a bit before 3pm on a Tuesday and no one was here- very quiet, which might be preferable if you want to read or get some work done on your laptop. I’m not a big coffee person but I got a peppermint mocha to sit inside and use the restroom and I enjoyed it. There’s boba options and food like bagels, croissants, and muffins too.

Thai coffee beans caught my eye when this place showed up in a search. So, we went to check it out.
Location is in a strip mall close to the 101 freeway on-ramp and is surrounded by budget stores. Surroundings are modest and even though they have a couple outdoor seating options, the proximity to the freeway and associated noise made it less attractive to us. Indoors was pleasant but basic.
