The chicken is never crispy, even if you eat it in the restaurant. God forbid you take 10-20 minutes to drive home, it'll start getting soggy. Items are way overpriced for how poor the food quality is and the portions are awful.

I only have used the drive through here although it is very convenient and never have I had to wait in line or for my food for more than a couple minutes. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The only issue with this location is that they don’t always get the brand new menu items because it’s also a Taco Bell. So you can get your chicken pot pie, cole slaw and nacho fries all at the same time.

Food is good here! Great service and the place is clean. Although, KFC/Taco Bell is weird combo.. and you can’t order using mobile app.. also, can’t redeem rewards for TB…. Kinda sad….
Terrible service do not come here. The so called manager Lucas is very rude. I called because they made my order wrong and he began yelling at me telling me to bring it back to have it fixed. Gas is $5+ a gallon and I was already home by the time I noticed. I asked if he could give me a refund he stated no they can only remake it... No thanks!

I had a craving for chicken. I haven't had KFC in years. Everything was wrong. I requested the original . What I received was extra crispy. It was not warm it was cold. I requested a cola drink. It was flat. The only thing tasty was the biscuit. Will I go to second chance maybe

Went through drive through... CSR was too ignorant to take 2 orders from same car... cost the store a sale... can't put a price on stupid... The prices are highway robbery... $3 / piece of chicken ... where do they get their chicken from? 8 pcs for $10 at Safeway comparison.the original taste is gone that I remember from my youth 45yrs ago

It's honestly ghetto. I took this picture of my chicken sandwich and when I opened it and I was so disappointed. The chicken was so small that the bread from the 2 buns were touching. I've ordered plenty of chicken sandwiches and this is the 1st time I've ever seen that. So small it should've been tossed out or used for something else. I really think this location in particular just isn't that great. But the next closest location is way up in Petaluma so we kinda have to settle for whatever we get at this location down here
