Horrible don’t ever come here! The Boba tastes horrible it was full of Syrup, the lady forgot to add boba to my first drink and was refusing to make another one, she eventually made another one and it tasted terrible so I asked for a refund because it was $8.95 and she said she can’t give me a refund and refused to give me my money back. Then she began to say “ I don’t care you’re not the one that pays me” their machine also automatically adds a dollar tip to your order. Never come here the service is terrible and the drinks taste like cough syrup.

Hours not consistent. Expensive enough that I DO NOT appreciate wasting my time driving and parking in downtown only for them to be randomly closed. Had times where I ordered boba and got just a few tapioca balls in a large tea.
Too many frustrating experiences. Trying oddcha today instead since this place is closed again during regular hours.

Their boba is absolutely incredible. Very soft and the perfect sweetness. I have been to a lot of boba spots in the bay area and most are awful and I never return (except asha tea house)
I have only been once and the milk tea I chose was not good, notably because I accidentally thought I was ordering hojicha without milk, which was my mistake (it is not good with milk). I will report back when I'm able to ask if there's a way to get it without milk!
The tuna poke I thought was pretty tasty and fun to have so much choice.

Super unhelpful staff. You can only order on a computer which doesn’t have the choices they say they have. Won’t take your order for you. Terrible service. Drinks came out overly sweet and un drinkable.

Cute store but it took 25 minutes for my drink to be made. Several people who ordered after me were served first. When it was made no name was called it just sat on the inner counter until I asked for it. Left in a hurry because I hadn’t expected getting boba to be a half hour endeavor. Sat down to finally drink my post-work treat and no boba which costs extra.
