The food is not fresh. I asked the manager about there nuggets. He gave me a whole spiel about how they where fresh. Order a couple orders of nuggets, took them home they where not fresh, hard to chew. Won't go back there.

Just picked my order up from your McDonalds store! Yesterday I had gotten the same items from other McDonalds and was given 6 peel off chances every time but today when I pick up my order I was only given 3 peel offs for the monopoly when I bought 6 different items for it! When I had asked the male employee handling the window at 12:40 pm on 10/08/25 he said it only comes with three with an attitude. As I started to drive off I watched him put the other three peel off into his pocket! This is completely unacceptable and unfair to the customers paying for these items when it shows they will be accompanied by the monopoly peel offs. Please make it clear to all employees that this isn’t right!

The manager was very nice and kind, the food quality was overall great, it was nice and warm. I would definitely come back
customer service sucks!! People behind the counter are rude and unprofessional. English is definitely a second language. It took 40 minutes for a mobile order to come out. Service blame me for their unprofessional ways. Definitely poor service and even worse attention to details!!!!

The service was alright, the cashier was multi language for easy communication and we had a sprite in our order, I have to be honest that the sprite tasted like absolute water. We said to replace the drinks but they wanted to charge us for it! I don't want to drink watered down Sprite! Also the fries, they tasted a bit odd and weren't good. They didn't have the usual amount of salt and mostly were soggy. I won't come back to this location.
Only good thing is that it's eco friendly which I support with paper straws and bags instead of boxes for nuggets and fries.
The place was somewhat clean, a couple wrappers on the ground and the tables had a pinch of crumbs.
