This guy is an Italian genius when it comes to food! The combinations of flavors he comes up with would rival any great Italian chef. I met him while selling at a local farmers market a while ago-during or right after the pandemic. Restaurants were closed and he needed a way to support himself and to carry on his love of cooking and, thankfully, he came up with this business plan. Just purchased the fennel pollen pasta with the Ragu Saltimbocca this morning at the Farmers market at the Civic Center. It was fantastic!! Served it with a little fresh grated Reggiano Parmesan and a nice salad with produce from the farmers market and it was better than 99% of restaurant food. Really lovely and the owner was charming and so honest and you should absolutely run right down and buy some. Support our local entrepreneurs and eat well too!
