This guy is an Italian genius when it comes to food! The combinations of flavors he comes up with would rival any great Italian chef. I met him while selling at a local farmers market a while ago-during or right after the pandemic. I purchased the spinach garlic fuzilloni at the Ferry Building yesterday. We prepared it tonight with a high end pesto. We accompanied it with an heirloom tomato, avocado and fresh corn salad seasoned on with salt and pepper. There are no words to describe the joy we experienced with this meal. Absolutely the best pasta ever!
