Tasteless hot chocolate I went back in to ask if they could add more chocolate ,and the cream cheese was so off had such a weird taste the bagel it's self wasn't even toasted they probably toasted it for 30 seconds mind you it was not busy at all I was the only person there. Don't recommend at all.

Highly recommend! I am always looking for early morning spots, and they open early and are warm, cosy and welcoming. The breakfast sandwiches are terrific and the fireman sandwich is awesome. I love a great local owned small business and this is a gem.

Wow, came here because I was told they have good sandwiches.... The girl who was at the register was beyond rude because I asked if they catered. Not sure what her issue was, maybe having a bad day which has nothing to do with customers. But it made me change my mind about ordering a sandwich. Do better.

Probably the worst sandwich I have ever had. How do you mess up a blt?? The sandwich was tasteless no flavor, the bacon was soft and chewy not crispy, not even a lick of mayo on the STALE Bread (sliced sourdough) which made my sandwich super dry and the lettuce was wilted... How do you mess up a blt? Also I did ask for avocado and I had to look for it and it was just a smidge of a slice.... Do not waste your money here. Service was mid, had sort of an attitude. Customers are rude and have no spacial awareness. Avoid this place. Ambiance is overcrowded and too busy and they have you sit in a parking lot... Just don't bother with this place

They have a table blocking the front door, which is fine, presumably for COVID precautions. But I had trouble reading their menu, and when I asked if they had a written menu, the girl at the register looked at me as if I was crazy and said incredulousluy, NO, as though I had made an outrageous request. First, try not having a b!tchy attitude when someone asks if you have a printed menu, especially if you're going to block people at the door and make them order from the doorway. Second, it's not difficult or expensive to have a couple of printed menus on 8 x 10 paper.

very disappointed after going there for several years The food used to be yummy and prepared with care and was moderately priced. the last two times I realized that the people working there acted like they wanted to be somewhere else. There was no interest in being friendly or helpful. My food was prepared without thought of a visual ingredient and while edible tasted more like cardboard. no napkins and no garbage can for the outside tables. Cost exceeded quality and experience by a big margin. Quite a shame as it's close to work but why pay three times as much as the fast food next door when the experience is the same

Okay, being low carb, I tend to avoid sandwich places that don't have low carb options. I was stoked to find out they do lettuce wrapped sandwiches!! Service is fantastic and the folks are just awesome...the sandwiches uh-mazing. Great small business! Fireman Sandwich - lettuce wrapped was superb. I'll definitely be back.

Pastrami was great but don’t expect any kind of welcoming service. Got my order wrong and acted like it was my fault. Made it clear that I was inconveniencing them by ordering some lunch. Make sure you bring a smile that the staff can borrow.

Really friendly staff and amazing food! We ordered breakfast croissants- very tasty- and then lunch sandwiches to go. My turkey sandwich was super yummy and my coworker was blown away by his Fireman sandwich. We also much appreciated the business' support for emergency responders. Will return when we are in the area again!
