The worst service I have had in any restaurant I have eaten at . Once we received our food we never saw our waitress again and the restaurant was not busy. She never came by once to see if we needed anything. I had to go to the front desk to ask for our bill , after waiting 15 minutes I had to return to the front desk to pay the bill . When my wife and I go out to dine we are always respectful and polite to our servers because we know how hard they work. The service was so bad I felt I needed to write this review

Kimmy and I wandering down 4th street looking for patio dining 🍽 and came across my Thai. Ordered my Thai salad 🥗 and glass of fume blanc. We both enjoyed 😉. Kimmy gives two ❤️ paws up.

First of all I think I’m not gonna eat any Thai food again Smells so bad a lots of fly in the restaurant and they bring the food so much slow I waste my time and my money for some food I never want to eat again Chinese foods are much better and cleaner than this Restrooms are dirty and tables are sticky when you touch I don’t feel clean at all

Beautiful Thai restaurant in downtown San Rafael. Thai staff who are fluent in Thai and English. Authentic Thai food served promptly in large portions. Great waitress.

They were questionable under new management about 6 months ago…but I just ordered the chicken red curry and it was really delicious…so it seems like they might be a good option again.

The online ordering system did not send the correct notes to the restaurant (or they ignored it), so my dish was completely wrong. Paying the extra 5% service charge to the restaurant's own website just to get the wrong food, seemed like a bad deal.
The food was good, but it wasn't what I ordered and paid for.

We ordered take out online and we were staying at a nearby hotel a block away and were sick so did not want to spread our germs to other diners. When we got there to pick up the order, they said they didn’t have it do we had to reorder it all and wait for it. We got back to our room within minutes and all the food was ice cold. There were no utensils, no napkins. The hood was completely inedible. We called the restaurant right away and the lady said I should return the food. This was a huge hassle for us as we were sick and hungry. I suggested she deliver us a hit order and we would return the original one. She said no and would get the manager to call. He never did so eventually I shipped out again and returned the food. The restaurant was empty but it took half an hour for her to process my refund. Terrible food, terrible customer service and way overpriced. Stay away. You’ve been warned.

Delicious! We had peanut satay, coconut soup, bbq duck and pad Thai w tofu. Oh and fried bananas for dessert. Would order all again.

Fresh food. Enjoyed it even though I am not a big fan of Thai food. Will come back.
