Go eat here for cheap, average sushi as if in a mall restaurant. No harmony, no aesthetic, glaring lights, horrible atmosphere. There are no Japanese running it. No japanese music. The host greets you and says goodnight in Spanish. The menu is cheap plastic binder crammed with food and the all you can eat sushi is a gimmick that screams low quality. No one really knows anything about Japan here. So eat here and know you are never really eating Japanese food, you are eating American...
My boyfriend and I come here constantly. The food is amazing and the prices can’t be beat. The manager is the nicest dude ever. We come here pretty often and love the drinks here. They really made this place great after the other restaurant that was here really sucked. Out of any sushi restaurant this is the BEST one to choose for sitting in or eating out in San Rafael
The sushi, tempura, and fried rice aren't very flavorful - Tenkyu just down the street is much better. But they're plated beautifully, the staff are attentive, and the atmosphere is quite nice.
