Absolutely lost for words! Walked in, the place felt really dirty. The cashier was friendly. I asked for 2 exact same drinks, peppermint mocha, it was on the specials board. We said thank you and walked out. We both took a sip and couldn't believe it, they were two totally different drinks and neither were peppermint mochas! And it was not busy so no excuses! And finally the drinks were awful. So bummed as we had a5 hour drive ahead of us abs didn't want to stop again in the rain

This is a pretty good place for meeting up - not as good as the Peet's at the Cove in Tiburon, but comfortable enough. The coffee and tea are always good

The rude lady at the register today is quite NOT THE MORNING PERSON AT ALL…. Attitude 0 smile 0 just plain ugh…. I won’t be coming here again….. and the saddest part is that I literally live bald a block away….. bye Peet’s and bye Peet’s APP…. No longer my favorite…. I always tip… NOT TODAY… not one cent…. Older female super white hair…. ABSOLUTELY JUST BLAND ATTITUDE…. she needs to drink more coffee and smile more…. Not a good way to start a day…. And fix your attitude…. U could do better…. I’ll give u 2 stars…. At least you’re trying….

This crew can never get orders right. I suggest going to the San Anselmo location where they know what they are doing. Today was the final straw when I ordered two identical cappuccino drinks, and one of them was made with NO COFFEE. For $7 each I expect to get espresso, not a cup full of foam. Of course, the contact number for them just rings and rings so I'm out the money I paid for this drink.

For an early Sunday it was my first stop before I drove home. A good butterfly croissant and an almond croissant. Both were delicious and taken care of rapidly.
Walked in yesterday late morning to buy a pound of coffee. Someone was making a coffee, so I waited at the counter for a long time, figuring she’d help me when she was done. No one showed up or acknowledged me. Finally the young woman finished making a coffee, walked by the counter, and went in the back after totally ignoring me again. I left after that.

The customer service here is not bad for a Peet's, it's bad for any business. The baristas are fine but on two occasions with 2 managers I had a bad experience; first the elderly lady who overruled the cashier to give me a stale pastry (practically but not literally shooing him away), and then the young lady who wouldn't make it right when I came back to let them know what I received. So easy to fix but she acted like she had no power to make an attempt to set it right.
