I've been searching for a good Mandarin restaurant (they have other styles too, good menu) for a long time. While staying in my old hood, a person suggested Ping's here in San Rafael, CA. You can order ahead but uses a company to delivery, I used Uber.The food was hot upon arrival, very good and reasonably priced for the portions of food. I will order again the next time I visit here.This was takeout, can not say about the ambiance of the restaurant or the service....

We still order and I ove their sizzling rice soup and combination fried rice. My husband likes their breaded chicken dish or broccoli beef. I believe Doordash delivers. Quality varies perhaps when there are different chefs, but we are more forgiving based on the pandemic with nearly two years of sheltering in and how over 100 thousand restaurants went out of business in the U.S. So our expectations lowered in hopes we can keep these businesses viable during trying times.
