I was planning to write a review, but before I write any review I do read the others. We were just in town for a few days for work and decided to try Pink Owl to start our day before a long drive home.
We each had a tasty latte and croissant, the service was super friendly, very quick, and as stated, food and drink were quite tasty.
I'll be sure to visit next time I pass through town, hopefully next time I'll have a little more of an opportunity to sit and relax in the cozy seats and relaxed atmosphere.

Great place for gluten free stuff. With sandwiches/toasts you get more food than with regular bread--since the slices are smaller, they just give two portions. I got toast with turkey and cheese and it was like 3 meals.
