This place was a gem 3-4years ago. Now it’s been declining so much. The only time I get my drink right is if its the nice lady owner that will make it.
The girl that makes my boba ( little chubby mexican ) always just messes up my drink, and giving negative aura.
From buying everyday here to now just 1x a week or sometimes even 1x a month because I know I’ll just be disappointed with my order.
The owner is the only this that is nice about this place and gives good aura.

I moved to San rafael in January and frequent Oddcha which is down the street. But since they are closed Mondays I came here. This place was dirty and the worst part about it was the women running it was very rude to the nice male working who was clearly new.
I won't be returning and recommend Oddcha for all your bobba and tea needs.

I went to buy but from time to time it happens but yesterday was the worst, since the woman who works there came in with an angry face with a terrible attitude to assist me the other girl didn't even help her you could hear her talking on the phone in the back, the woman Angry because the orders fell to her and the other one without helping, she spent almost more than half an hour to serve me... with that face, not even wanting to enter the store, that face of the woman who doesn't even want to work there, without wanting to serve the public... People like that should be at home and not working, they should hire people who like to work and serve more willingly, this was the last time I go ???? the place LOOKS BAD WITH ANGRY PEOPLE AND THAT ATTITUDE... .

When I tell you this is the best boba I’ve had in my life— I’m not exaggerating. Across 10 states and 3 countries (over 320 boba spots) none come close to comparing to this specific ShareTea. Not all ShareTeas are the same, and the owner here is doing everything right. The taste of the tea, ratio of milk, sweetness, boba consistency, etc. is consistently perfect and I’ve yet to find a match anywhere else. My go to order is a classic black milk tea with 50% sugar, normal ice, and boba. Other drinks that are great here are the strawberry ice blended with boba and lychee and 50% sugar, and the Kiwi Fruit Tea with Lychee and 0% sugar (because the fruit juice is already sweet— and it’s real! has seeds in it!). Make no mistake and don’t sleep on this little gem in San Rafael!

I have previously visited this store every day. I love it when the customer service is very good. I'm sorry today, really working with a terrible attitude, I order my taro ice blended and the ice comes whole and is made in a terrible way. Customer service is the first thing and the best service is definitely not a mistake and I will go to an even better place with better service

I mean, it's good but that's easy to add sugar to milk. Everyone that works here sucks. Every single time without fail, every single person working here is so rude every single time and when they messed up my order they blamed it on me ? I just bought another one not to be rude and mocked the owner making sure to take my receipt the second time. I've been coming to this place once in a while for over 5 years and the lady that bought it a while ago genuinely seems like one of the most miserable people you will ever meet and she hires people with the same attitude. I don't know if it's contagious but definitely don't come here if you're already having a good day. If you want to feel bad for a middle aged woman you can park your car outside and watch her complain as she makes boba. I genuinely despise this woman.
