I didn't like the food unfortunately :( The mofongo was dry and texture was wrong, the tostones were dry. Everything was very plain and underwhelming, Benedicts didn't hit the spot, the bistec was ok. flavors were not there without the use of the pique. The pique was nice and tasty though, and the white rice.

Service was good, and the place is very pretty and casual. But we won't be back for food.

The food was delicious, the prices seemed good for the amount of food, the atmosphere was great, and the service was very good and efficient. When I return to San Francisco, I will definitely return to Sol Food!!!!! Very highly recommended!!!

Enjoyed my first experience here. I heard that the food was great. The chicken plate was moist well seasoned and delicious. The ribs were okay tbh, I thought they'd be more tender and with some seasoning, but perhaps that is the style. I love the communal style seating.
