I lived close by and dropped in one day to check out the eats. The Chile Colorado peaked my interest, and it was like "Heaven"! . So pretty much every time since, the friendly staff would remember me and my passion for it. They'd see me walk in the door and instantly know... Chile Colorado! :) ( pro tip- while you wait, walk over to the painfully slow Safeway next door , buy Jardine's ghost pepper salsa and add a generous portion on top)
