Love the ladies at Starbucks on B St in the Safeway store in San Rafael, especially Lilia and Karen. They are as always in a good mood and really friendly. They make the best Carmel Macchiato, much better than the Starbucks on Irwin or the Starbucks in the shopping center area where KFC is located.

Barista didn’t understand how to correctly enter my drink. Wanted to charge me to “add” syrups when I just walked to change the flavor of syrup in an existing drink. $7.25 in the app (can’t order ahead here) and over $10 the way she wanted to ring it up. I was told it’s different because “we work for Safeway, not Starbucks” 🙄

I used to like this Starbucks but now these new employees are getting everything wrong and mixed up and wasting product, I don’t even bother asking them to remake my drink I just go to a different one instead

My friend and I went for a coffee.. we were there waiting for the lady in the back folding bags and taking tickets from the delivery company was ready to gave us the service... She totally was ignoring us .. after 18 minutes I came to ask if she would be able to get us some help.. and she yelled at me saying that if I was blind to see that she was busy.. obviously I got chocked by her answer so rude .. and I told her attitude was so ugly with costumers and I said I will talk to someone about her and she laughed at my face saying that she was the manager... Was awful ? .. if she is the manager what you can expect from the crew working there .. I'll never going to buy coffee or nothing in the Safeway again.

The worse Starbuck experience ever! The workers are not paying attention to you while you order so naturally they get it wrong and waste product.They take and fix your order one by one all while having complications with the language barrier. I will not visit this store again.

This place is the worse. Other Starbucks sell all the drinks that used to be in the menu but some of this Starbuck's employees will get mad, mock you and tell you no on simple requests. Skip this Starbucks if you can.

I must say I don't really like the Starbucks Corporation. But I must say that the Starbucks at Safeway in San Rafael on B Street is a good place to go to. I get there at 6 in the morning and there's a guy there named Michael who always has a smile on his face and always puts a smile on my face. Him and the other gentleman I don't know his name but they know me cuz I always get the white mocha latte and they themselves as people make the experience great. And those guys really are the only reason that I continue to buy coffee at Starbucks
