Today around 9:30 am. I pay for my coffee and then I am just waiting. There is just one more costumer in front of me. 8 min and nothing. He finally gets his coffee and I assume that is my turn. But not wait! It is the baristas turn to have their coffee so I keep waiting. Another costumer comes and 4 min more she gets her coffee but not me. I ask them to cancel my order they cancel and the girl that was supposed to do my coffee she doesn’t care she didn’t even apologize. My cup was in front of her the whole time but she was more busy talking to her friend than questioning why I was in front of her looking for her attention.

Watery pumpkin spice latte. I ordered a medium/grande with caramel drizzle was charged nearly $7. Honestly the price was unreasonable for how bland of a drink it was and I could have gotten something better for half the price at a drive through. Such a waste!!

Staff was so friendly, but that's about it. I waited for 15 minutes for our drinks. I ordered my cold brew with white chocolate and a little half and half with cold foam on top. Unfortunately I didn't taste it until I got down the road. There was no white chocolate in it, and they put whipped cream on instead of cold foam. Now I have a useless cup of expensive coffee and I'm sad.

Went there on a Saturday night after an exhausting Target trip. I just wanted some warm eggnog. Asked the woman taking my order for just a warm eggnog. She goes "just warm it up? No coffee?" I say "that's right, just warm eggnog, it's my favorite holiday beverage. No coffee!" And she nods and writes it down. I think wow! What service! The friend I'm with asks for a peppermint hot chocolate. Three simple words. The woman says "we don't have any mocha" we go "uhhh, we just want a peppermint hot chocolate. No coffee. Just hot chocolate" and the worker goes "sorry we don't have mocha but we do have white mocha". At this point we are both thoroughly confused but we say "ok". So we wait and enjoy the warm atmosphere inside. Then a few minutes later our drinks are ready. We pick them up and head outside, as we can not taste to make sure they are good. As we head into the parking lot, I take a little sip of my warm eggnog. And guess what i taste? You guessed it, coffee. I almost wept right then and there. I can't drink coffee at 8 at night! My cold fall night was ruined. Then, as if it can't get any worse, my friend sips her drink and guess what! It is in fact not a peppermint hot chocolate. It is basically just hot milk with peppermint flavoring. We both were really sad and disappointed. I'm not sure if the Starbucks employees thought we were speaking an alien language or what! What a waste of 10 + dollars. I wish I could get my money back. Anyway, very bad experience and I miss my warm eggnog more and more everyday.

So the Asian girl with the lashes and the brown skinned girl with the blonde braids are the best baristas they have. Period. Every order with them there is accurate and tastes great. Every other time with out them has me wanting to go to Peete's
Worst starbucks experience ever. Staff not attentive. Store area not clean. 30 minute wait for hot tea.

Staff is rude unprofessional. Everyone had to wait for more than 15 minutes but another Target employee approached the stand and got coffee cutting the line. I wonder why this type of favors are allowed in this Starbucks. Afaik no other Starbucks allows that. When I asked the barista why the other employee was served without standing in the line she was rude and disrespectful. She just gave me a look and asked how may I help you sir. Extremely disappointed ?
