My tacos were soft shell not crunchy. The hot wings, I asked for fresh one, due to the past visit they said they just came out but didn't. The potato wedges were cold and hard. Potato wedges are not crunchy. I have worked in both fast food restaurants. So I know the difference in JUST CAME OUT, CAME OUT, OUT FOR A FEW MINUTES. Just stop lying to receive better ratings. SO NOW WHEN I GET MY ORDER. I WILL WAIT THERE AND CHECK MY ORDER (in drive thru) BEFORE GETTING BACK ON FREEWAY. I have that right!! And I gave it a chance even after reading your past reviews.

Lazy workers ! It says open till 10.00 PM and at 9.40 they had tables and chairs turned floor moped and DOORS LOCKED . which should be illegal as business must keep doors open during business hours this is false advertisement of hours of operation. I think $20 min for fast food workers is working .
All these ratings are compared to other Taco Bells and fast food restaurants. Of course, this isn't going to compare to a five-star Michelin restaurant.
The atmosphere was exactly what I expected from Taco Bell. The food met my expectations, and the prices were reasonable. The fountain sodas were all properly carbonated and tasty. Additionally, the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained.

Spent 20-25 minutes in the drive thru waiting on a person who decided to order for near 10+ people - instead of asking her to pull forward so that the rest of us could get our food, they let us all wait for close to 30 minutes while they made her order. When I asked why they couldn't ask her to park and bring it to her so we didn't have to wait, she just told me "they were there first." Like, yeah, we know, but that still doesn't change the fact that no critical thinking skills were used during this situation. Every other fast food place will make you pull up if your order is too large to help with the flow and get people through quickly, but not Taco Bell. Its always run w/ incompetent workers & this place is no different
Can't wait until these fast food places are completely automated.
