Spent 20-25 minutes in the drive thru waiting on a person who decided to order for near 10+ people - instead of asking her to pull forward so that the rest of us could get our food, they let us all wait for close to 30 minutes while they made her order. When I asked why they couldn't ask her to park and bring it to her so we didn't have to wait, she just told me "they were there first." Like, yeah, we know, but that still doesn't change the fact that no critical thinking skills were used during this situation. Every other fast food place will make you pull up if your order is too large to help with the flow and get people through quickly, but not Taco Bell. Its always run w/ incompetent workers & this place is no different

Like the old joke—food’s not great and the portions are small. Service is quick and polite. Servings are much smaller than a couple years ago. Food is what you expect.
Parking: Taco Bell sign is not visible and menu doesn’t say Taco Bell, but it seems it’s still there.

When I say terrible customer service I mean absolute TERRIBLE. I love giving hight ratings to those who meet that expection but I will also expose the bad. This was absolutely the worst food I've ever tasted. The oil was so old and nasty it made the food inedible. Words can't describe how foul this food was. I ended up having to throw it all away.

Review for 9/2/24. Arrived a few min before 10am and saw someone inside. At 10:05am front door was still locked and had to leave for work. Their unpreparedness wasted my time.

We all knew what was going to happen. I still can’t get over how kind the service was handing me an IED gut bomb that my gluttonous appetite destroyed on my long drive afterwards. Or the pain I felt waking up at 3am…you can hide your age from everyone but a Taco Lovers pack (for 1) and your intestines. Four stars, will go again.
