Honestly, this is just about my favorite restaurant in Marin. Diner feel. Cozy and private pleather booths. Cuisines from all over Asia, Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese…But many of the dishes have their own, perfect twist. The papaya salad is the best I’ve ever had. No acidic tomatoes or whole green beans or huge Chunks of cabbage. Everything is shredded perfect and topped with fried onions and peanuts. I can’t stop eating it. Portions are huge, price is right

Ended up in the EMERGENCY ROOM.Celiac Disease is a real autoimmune disease that killed 30% of children before the Gluten Free diet was discovered. Some of the servers and kitchen staff misinformed me that a dish was GF. I asked them to check with the kitchen and even so was misinformed. When I ate the dish I ended up in the Emergency Room with Anaphylaxis. Still not realizing that this restaurant was the issue I ate there again a few weeks later and was sick for 10 days unable to work.I went to the restaurant to speak with the manager because I wanted to give them an opportunity to educate their staff so this wouldn't happen again, rather than leaving a bad review. The staff there told me they knew which items were GF (and they did). But NOT ALL the staff knows. They suggested I was mistaken. Excuses but no apologies were given.I was given the manager's phone number which I called.I left a message asking him to call me and what it was related to and did so in a friendly and constructive manner.I got no response. The restaurant doesn't care that their staff's lack of knowledge could have killed me.This restaurant uses Chinese egg roll wrappers instead of traditional Rice Paper wrappers on it's fried Imperial Rolls.Vietnamese food is generally Gluten Free. The dish is not only inauthentic but dangerous to those with Celiac or allergies to Wheat.

Wow!! This was absolutely delicious!! The meat was juicy and tender, and the egg rolls were perfectly crisp. Arguably the best Vietnamese food I've ever had. I'm beyond satisfied!!

Conveniently located right across the Tesla supercharger. We ordered the clay pot mushroom chicken and shrimp clay pot rice and it doesn't have to burn rice smell of taste that I want. Also, I was expecting the Chinese sausage inside and a little bit sweeter instead of saltiess. Chicken wings are pretty good and they're pretty generous portion wise and we quite like it. Would like to try their different things next time or we are in this area again. Nice woman that serves us too.

Very enjoyable lunch here. Easy to get a table. The restaurant is clean & comfortable. Same for the restrooms.Service very attentive & efficient. The robotic server is a helpful addition when several plates are headed to the same table or all the other staff is busy. The fried chicken wing appetizer has generously sized wings which arrive hot & crispy with a flavorful dipping sauce. The wings were a tad over-cooked. One minute less in the fryer & they would be perfect.Crispy egg noodles with seafood was wonderful. A very generous portion. All components perfectly cooked. We'll be back for more!

Out of the four people working here whom I’ve interacted with inside this restaurant, the robot that rolls itself out from the kitchen to bring you the food is the friendliest, warmest and most personal. Is it any wonder they’re starting to replace us?

My go to Pho place in Marin. Great service, nice menu total comfort food if you ever feel a need for rejuvenation! Hidden gem inside the Montecito Plaza in San Rafael. Classic Vietnamese Soup vibe ambiance.A lot better than Pho Viet Harbor, they don't water down the broth when they run low.

A friend was working nearby, so we came by for a late lunch. Nice little place, clean and good seating. The restaurant sits in the corner of the Montecito Mall. We were seated immediately, provided menus, and were offered quick and helpful suggestions as we read through the menu. Very friendly and courteous staff.I was game for Pho Ga, chicken pho, and ordered their Chicken with Rice Noodle soup. It was decent and filling. I've had better, but definitely something I'd come back for. I also got the salted plum soda, which was good as well. One of my friends ordered the BBQ Boneless Chicken over Vermicelli, which she really enjoyed. My other friend ordered the Seafood Chow Mein, which she also enjoyed. The latter was a lot of food, so she took leftovers home with her. Some of our food was brought out by a self- propelled robot on wheels. Although it autonomously wheeled the food out from the kitchen, the way staff followed it, and the food was placed on the table by them. The robot was kind of cool in a way, but it was more gimmick than actually useful.

Bad customer service. The menu says ask if you have food allergies. I did.The response was:" I don't know"He walks away.I assume he is asking the cook or somebody knowledgeable. But NO...When he comes back and I ask again what he found out he say. "I don't know, I'm not a cook"Wow... and I'm not a customer. Sorry for trying it out. Pho Viet, just around the corner is my spot. They will answer your questions and not be rude.

I have only been there once. We ordered the fried veggie egg rolls, the appetizer deep fried prawns, the pho soup with rare steak and flank, and the Korean BBQ rib beef. The deep fried prawns were wonderful. The egg rolls and the soup were mediocre, and the BBQ ribs were not very good. If you have been to some good Korean places, like in Oakland, you would know this place does not rate well against them. The staff was nice and the service was good.

I loveeee vietnamese restaurants, and it was my first time at this restaurant & it was super gooood!!!!! The price of their meals are just enough since they give good portions, and they serve their food with quality (: I put my car keys as reference on the rice plate I ordered since the portion was really worth it. The servers are also realllly nice!!! & the location is great since it's insize a plaza, so parking isn't a problem

I have a strong connection to this place. My mom, dad, and I come to this place all the time. I think we spend more time here then our own living room. This place has great rare steak and flank and has the best pho ever you will not regret eating here!
