Something fishy with Buffalo Wild Wings San Ramon. I went to have dinner and they asked me to pay $10 entry charge. When I said I am ok to pay, they denied any payments using card and wanted me to pay by cash. Seems the local store wants to keep something out of books.

If I could leave 1/16 of a star I would. This is the worst place ever. Manager Elise wasn't helpful at all. Went to the district manager Tomas whom assured the issue we had would be rectified. Will NEVER step foot in this place again. Worst customer service and they allowed riff raff and people that tried to start a fight with my husband. Again worst place ever.

I wish I could give a 0 star, but there's no option. The girl at the front told us that there was no tables open and we asked to be put on the waitlist and they just said there's no list because it'll take 30-40 minutes which is how regular restaurants function?? I've come here on multiple occasions hoping the service would be better and that it was just a bad day, however they seem to never have anyone at the front desk. I am so displeased with the service at this location, I'll be going to the Dublin one from now on.

It's a wing place that's understaffed and the staff that's there work their butts off to serve the crowds. The beers always cold and the wings are always hot. Just be patient and you'll get your drinks and food. Above all the have a great attitude.

This is your warning: DO NOT ORDER ONLINE THROUGH GOOGLE. They did not receive our order despite it already charging on our card. We called and they said they've had this problem before and customers have to cancel the order and order again in person/on Doordash. On our end, there was no way to cancel the order, so we were on the phone with the worker for a while. The worker had to go back and forth between her job and talking to us because the managers wouldn't help her/offer a solution. After almost 30 minutes, the managers finally gave in and ended up putting in the order for us through Doordash themselves. I hope the managers do a better job of supporting their staff as well as fix their problem with Google online ordering.

The food here is amazing and the staff are nice for the check, but still nice. I would reccomend this place if you want a nice place to eat chicken.

Had a good experience here for Monday Night Football. Our server's name was Casey; very attentive and nice. Checked in often to make sure we never needed anything. Good place to watch the games (Go Raider's). I will be back again for sure!

Somewhat of a lackluster and disappointing experience here. While the service was friendly, they at times appeared to be disinterested or disengaged. They additionally did not have interesting sports games on, despite there being multiple MLB games featuring local teams. Finally, they were out of Buffalo Mac and cheese, so I had to order a Buffalo chicken sandwich. The sandwich itself was actually quite good, albeit a bit on the smaller side, but the underwhelming service and limited menu prevent me from giving a higher rating.

I've been here twice. Both times were in the past two weeks and were online pickup orders. The first time I had to wait about 30 seconds for someone to come out to help me, and when he did, the kid was texting on his phone. He spent another 30 seconds finishing his text conversation before helping me. Well that was much better than today. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come out but nobody did. Finally called the store to make the phone ring and someone eventually came out. There were no servers, no cashiers, no nothing...and there were two groups of people in the dining room eating so I can only imagine the service they got. I'd call it the worst service I've gotten at a restaurant, but it's more accurate to say it was no service. Safe to say I won't be back.

Ordered a 3 item take out order and they managed to get it wrong. I come back to get the rest and no one is at the front desk because they're busy watching TV. At the very least you can throw something in for free to make up for blatant misses. I guess I'll just take my business to plucked. They're much better

Service was great considering there were only 2 or 3 servers. I think that the post covid bww is hurting. It seemed dirty and not well maintained. I hope that business will pick back up and they can properly staff this place. But our server was great

My wife picked up the food. she mention all the employees were nice. However, food was cold. We have to reheat everything again. Restaurant was not busy at that moment.
