Poor customer service , I ordered chiken tike masala and they gave me curry chicken , so I asked to change it knowing that I didn't touch the food it was in a transparent plastic box that's how I know what they gave me was different from what I ordered, the dude refused to change it and was tying to convince me that it's my fault and I didn't know what I was ordering like ?! They didn't refund me and they didn't change it so disappointing!! They took my money and treated me horribly ! This place is a joke never ever going back their again !!!

I had a very bad customer experience Sunday 4/4/21. Based on my Phone order made around 8.15pm PST,i was driving back home and my kids was waiting for food. When I reached the restaurant to get my order around 8.45pm PST. The person at the counter was very rude and responded they will be able to give me food as i am late and he said i should inform coming late, I was not even sure what he is talking about when restaurant close time is 9.30pm even if he has given my order to someone else should have curtesy to say sorry (or) replace my order instead he said you can complain anywhere and don't claim your kids are waiting for food. I can't get order tonight. I don't even understand how these kind of people fit for doing customer service they should 1st learn basics from school. Worst Restaurant in San Ramon don't ever order food here. Zero respect for customer.

Used to really love this place but their portions on the a la cart items has reallyyy gotten smaller. Looks like I got a half pint of butter chicken for $9.99 which seems wrong.

Food was average quality. Has the tandoori sandwich. Chicken was dry as if it was over cooked. Would not recommend it.

Today my boyfriend purchased tandoori chicken wings for me. after eating about five I noticed the chicken he bought from cafe tandoor served him raw chicken Definitely not following health guidelines.

Delicious! Vegan options!Get the Baigan Bartha! Get the meal instead of a la carte. Food is ready fast. Date night at home for about $20!They also have delicious wraps that are really unique!

Lots of good food. Owners were very friendly and you can see the kitchen hard at work. Saag paneer, Somosa, chana masala, vegetable briyani, bhindi, tandoori chicken, naan. Will be back!

Been here several times and each time received terrible service and mediocre food. Each time I thought it was a fluke and to give it another shot. This last time was it..they are rude and just unhappy angry people. In today's world, difference is customer service. Definitely never ever going back.
