The food was very delicious, I ordered the Guacamole bacon burger and it was very good! I also had the chicken wrappers, one bbq and one Santa Fe, and they were AH-mazing! The cashier was just so nice and the atmosphere was very pleasant, the store was very clean, even the bathrooms! I had a great time and I’ll be going again soon, the price is well worth the experience!Parking: The parking spaces were clean and didn’t have any trash laying around

Went to carls today and had an amazing time! The store was very clean and had a great atmosphere. I ordered the sourdough star double here and it came out fresh and hot. The first bite was delicious and I would 100% recommend ordering if you come to order. The price was a little high but everywhere prices are getting expensive. I’ll definitely come back to order more of the menu!Vegetarian options: Carl’s Jr has a beyond patty that you can substitute on any hamburgerDietary restrictions: They have lettuce wraps for any burger you order.Parking: Enough to hold the whole dine inKid-friendliness: Has kid menu options like chicken stars hamburgers and even tendersWheelchair accessibility: Pretty accessible for all people.
Wow, i never thought before, that picking up of an online order will be worth experience ever, i was first time here, employee that threw my order was so bad. Checked another reviews for this “restaurant” seems like the company needs to do something with this employees… still reading about spitting in food, and other things… Problem of company is guy who love to suck co…cigarettes. Hey if you dont like your job, just gtfo!

Not sure why reviews here are so low. I have always had pleasant experiences at Carl's Jr as a chain, as well as this spot. I will say that their burgers are 2nd to only in-n-out. They are very delicious and from what I've seen prices have remained consistent during this massive inflation lately too. I just ordered the big cheese burger but it was delicious. Cooked very well and had lots of flavor. I add a little bit of their buffalo sauce too and it's icing on the cake! The drive thru attendant was also very sweet and wished us a happy thanksgiving too!

Please try to tell me this looks rite.I was super patient and very kind but the extremely rude girl in the drive through was obviously having a bad night so I decided to open my burger before I took a bite and look hat I see? Disgusting that someone would do this.She is going to do this to the wrong person one of these days and who knows what will happen.

This was the first time I’ve been back to Carls Jr. in sound 20 years. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t as good as it used to be. The food didn’t seem as fresh as I remember. The waffle fries were great though.
Customer service was lacking; placed my order on the drive thru, it wasn't at any point confirmed and was given a smaller total than I expected upon handling my card to the drive thru employee (first time I heard the total) then when my receipt was returned it did not have the criss cut fries I had asked for and had missed one of the 2 meals I asked for. When I honked lightly to get her attention (she never looked back after returning my card) she was upset and said that's why she had confirmed my order. Hope her day gets better.

SPIT IN MY FOOD!I’ve tried to order from this supposed 24 hour location after Midnight 3 times.1st time I was told from the drive thru speaker the computers were down.2nd time I sat at the speaker waiting with no answer, so I pulled to the window and knocked multiple times. Nothing.The lite sign says open. So I parked waited 15 minutes and drove through again. Same thing nothing. So I parked wen to the front door and knocked. I then saw a employee poke his head out but didn’t acknowledge me.3rd time. I ordered through DoorDash at 2 AM. The door dasher waited at the drive-through for 23 minutes with no one else in line. I receive the food and I open the burger and there was obviously lots of spit in it. Definitely not the driver for 2 reasons, one the bag was sealed, and two I tipped the Dasher $10 on the app.I will be taking this to small claims court for sure.

My daughter loves Carl's Jr burgers, they are her favorite! There is one staff member here who is so kind to her and waves every time we visit. The store could use some updating and they are the only Carl's Jr I know of that is not on the app program yet which is very frustrating if I wanted to order online or use their rewards. They just need to catch up with the times a bit but they have the service down!
