Came thru the drive thru. Silva let me know he would be a few minutes. My food was all hot. Rare nowadays. Thank you. I will be back
Visiting from Socal, probably one of the nicest Carls Jr when it came to customer service. Food came out hot fresh. Customer service was spot on
I had the Angus cheeseburger and fries, bothe were freshly cooked and delicious. Topped it off with strawberry shake, which was perfect for a hot day.

Based on the reviews, Carl's Jr. is a top fast food location with consistently kind staff. The service is fast and friendly, with a wonderful employee providing top notch service and perfect customer service skills. A team member welcomed customers with a smile, making them feel welcomed. The restaurant is relatively clean and organized with an upbeat atmosphere. The food is always good, with menu items like the zucchini star being very delicious and a great addition. The cheeseburger has a juicy, perfectly seasoned patty, and the Western Bacon Cheeseburger tastes just as good as remembered. Burgers are hot and fries are crispy. The drive thru now uses AI to take orders, which is surprisingly accurate.
