My bowl is either half full or 3/4 full this time it was 1/3 full I have called before and asked what is the standard it’s up to the line in the bowl why does this keep happening? And I asked before hey can you fill my bowl up and I get greeted with attitude. These bowls are not cheap please fill them up!

I go to the San Ramon restaurant a lot. Tonight I ordered 2 sides of white rice and some chips & guac. My daughter started to eat the rice, and she said there’s no cilantro in the rice and the rice has absolutely no flavor. So basically I was given plain white rice. tried to call the restaurant to talk to someone, and all I got was an automated voice. The voice transferred me through, and no one answered . Rather frustrating. It’s too late to drive back to the restaurant. Very disappointing.

My only question is what time do you open? 11 or 1045?Vegetarian options: No meat or just tofu. The whole list of options is amazing. Guac, corn, pico de gallo, lettuce and with salsas it’s a great bowl specially with tofu. Yum!Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian options.Parking: Plenty of parking. Couple yards of walking but plenty of free parkingKid-friendliness: Kids meals just ask.Wheelchair accessibility: They have easy access to anybody. Great place.

If there was a negative star rating , I would have given to the Sunset blvd , San Ramon CA location. I love Chipotle, but this place...gave us a to go order with nothing in it except beans and gauc. No corn , salsa, cheese, nothing added and still charged the full amount. I called them back...no body answers the call. I will never go back here, such a shame! I agree with all the negative reviews for this place.
