Horrible tasting ice cream, frozen fruit toppings also tasted old. Bought 4 signature creations, All of it needed to be trashed. Expensive mistake of buying ice cream here. Never again!!

I ordered an ice cream cake, chocolate cake layers, with cookie dough ice cream mix ins. The picture shows what was received. The manager did not try to fix it, and would only offer a discount on my next purchase. He was rude and defensive. I will not order a cake from them again.

They didn't even say hello, guy mumbled something, was as friendly as a 2"x4". Could barely be bothered to mix in the ingredients. Ice cream was soupy and a mess when it was served. Waffle cone was stale. I would avoid. Won't be back.

Cold stone creamery might churn out delicious ice cream, my recent visit left a cold aftertaste. The service was painfully slow, which significantly impacted my enjoyment of the experience.
No spoons for tasting ? This is a major oversight, especially for a place where customers might be unfamiliar with the flavors. Not being able to try a taste before committing to a whole scoop is a big negative.

Was there at this store at 9:30 pm (closing hours is 10pm ) with our kids. They were closed !. Kids were very disappointed.
they only allowed us to have two samples which is weird bc they never have a limit, no one was even behind us we had so much time. when we ate it and the waffle cone was super stale which was disappointing because i love waffle cones. the ice cream scoop was small. I also wanted twix in my ice cream and they only took one twix and barely mixed it. there was just one chunk of twix to eat. they did the same for the rest of my family

Best place for ice cream and ice cream cake in San Ramon. Convenient and enough sitting space outside. It's kind of a go to place for little ones for sweet treats ?..

Bad customer services. If I could give a zero, I would have for my experience today. The store was empty with two helper behind the counter today when I walked in. I ordered a pineapple mango smoothies, which the first guy took his sweet time going to the back room to retrieve the mixer bowl. When he came out he asked again what flavor I wanted, and instead on MANGO pine apple, he told his buddy it is pineapple, and they both pushing back and forth on who would make it. By that time there is a line behind me, about 6 customers. So the 2nd guy prepared the ordered and let the machine ran, and went to help the 3rd customer, while the 1st guy took another smoothie order and quickly prepared, and cashier's for the 2nd order. There 3rd, 4th, 5th were also done at that time, the 2nd helper keep looking back at my smoothies but instead of finishing it, he went to help the 6th customers in store. The 1st guy saw me standing in front of his cashier waiting and asked what did I get. I waved my empty hands to him, and he asked me DID I ORDER? Told him yes, and he looked at the smoothie machine, shrugged then continue with the cashier charges for the rest of their customers. I asked them if I ever gonna be served, they acted as if they had no idea what my issue was about, so I left the store Would not returned as this was not my first time dealing with rude helpers here at this store. Not surprised if they are going to close neither in this day and age
