Service was atrocious! Walked in and waited for 2min for someone to address or even acknowledge us to be seated to which no one said anything so we seated ourselves, a person came in after us and was acknowledged and told to seat himself, we sat for about 15min still without being acknowledged at all. If it was taking this long to get acknowledged then I bet it would’ve taken a whole lot longer to get food so we left to go spend our money elsewhere‼️

We 4 people all repeatedorder many times because the waitress insisted not to understand us. And then she said that we have a very heavy accent that she can not understand us and where are we from! I'm living in this country for so long, nobody ever said that to me and my friends. Then, our orders didn't come for soo long. Our drinks didn't come either. When our meals came 40-50 mins waiting, half of the order was missing. And also our drinks didn't come yet. We asked 3 times for our drinks. When i asked for the rest of the meal which were kid's food, she said she forgot to order them. Kids were starving and crying after 50 mins waiting. This is a horrible experience! I think she did all these things purposely! I would never recommend this place!

Favorite spot in San Ramon. Great food. The clam chowder is absolutely fantastic! It can get super loud though, specily is there are any kiddy events in one of the event rooms. Plenty of TV to watch games, although the one I was looking at kept losing signals.

I found this gem of a restaurant when I was looking for a music festival to meet up with a date, and had some time to kill, so I decided to wait on her at the Firehouse 37. The bartender was awesome and had great customer service. The beer selection was vast, and the clam chowder and fried zucchini were amazing! I wish I had taken pics, but believe me, I'll be back for more of everything, and the next time I'll take plenty of pics. 5 stars!

It’s food if you’re hungry… Back in the day it was good.. I tried it today with friends… It’s terrible, I would never go back.. Happy hour is not happy… Just go somewhere else and wait 15mins, because that’s the only way they are staying open, because any where good is booked…. Take my advice or you will be the one writing this review…

THE CALZONES omg soooooko amazing. Let's just say I'm addicted. Was not very crowded when I went. There is a front and back entrance both have parking lots.
Kid-friendliness: They have a bunch of decorations on the wall that will surely keep your kids or kid busy.
Parking: Both entrances have free parking lots. The parking lots where a little crowded.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes back entrance for sure has wheelchair access.
