Mountain Mike's Pizza

This location used to be pretty reliable for decent takeout pizza. Lately though, the pizzas are kind of a mess… lower quality ingredients thrown about unevenly. Not great… which is unfortunate because this was a weekend mainstay for us.

We called in to pick up two pizzas. The calling service was terrible, she hang up on the person who was calling, saying ‘okay bye,’ we didn’t even know the total. We called back to ask her the total and she gave us a completely different total than the one we had to pay. When we came to pick it up, the staff member procrastinated; The person who called and another went to pick it up, and she said we had to wait 15-20 minutes. We waited, and I went in with another person, she told us we had to wait 45, which was ridiculous. So we went back again to cancel the order because it was taking too long. She told us the pizzas were ‘almost done,’ which contradicts what she had told us earlier. She then told us to wait 15-20 more minutes, but we were fed up. She went to ‘check’ then told us she only had to cut the pizzas. She gave us then the order. Never coming back to this place! This was in the San Ramon.

Ordered a pizza at 10:56 and it is currently 1:09 and still have never got my pizza terrible place will never order again from here

Great spot open late that serves good pizza and wings among other things. Angelica was very helpful in assisting in an order for someone with a special diet.

I’ve stopped here a few times for lunch. Great lunch spot. Peaceful and can watch tv while I enjoy my pizza. Great service too. The pizza quality is consistent. I know what I’m going to get and they deliver. On this day I had a nice warm pizza on a cold rainy day.

what a great place to be ,pizza is too good ,staff is very frindely ,very respectfull ,service is great ,quality of pizza is much better then any other pizza place around this area,

This is like a cute Old School pizza place where it has a few arcade and the great place to sit down and watch TV without being crowded... Super kid friendly and staff that understands kids will be kids.... Always has the freshest salads which is what my preference & any of their signature pizzas are delicious... And you can ask for coupons or specials they're all locked in the computer... For better discounts order through the app

I pre-ordered one large pepperoni pizza from Doordash and went 25minutes later to pick it up and the pizza still wasn't done. I had to wait another 10minutes while they cooked my pizza. I think they need a Manager on-site to coordinate the workers. There were 2 people at the counter trying to figure out which order was mine. Although service was lacking pizza was good.

What's not to like it's Mountain Mike's Pizza. They definitely have a very good pizza perfect crust. The barbecue chicken is phenomenal and I don't even like barbecue that much it has the right flavor and the toppings

Late review! Wanted to post earlier. Couple of months back we celebrated my niece’s birthday party in the San Ramon location and ordered few different pizzas and other food items for the party. All toppings were appropriately spread out for a perfect flavor. I really liked how the staff greeted and provided excellent customer service. Through out the party, staff made sure to serve the fresh pizzas and take care of the whole event. Everyone in the party along with kids enjoyed their food. Since then, I have been their regular customer and love their pizzas. I would highly recommend this Mountain Mike’s location in San Ramon to anyone who are pizza lovers and want to enjoy every bit of it.
