My first lunch at Panera, I told the cashier my order was to eat in. He gave me change for my $100 in $5 bills, didn’t give me any direction. After sitting in the pickup area for awhile I asked a counter employee how I was supposed to get my food...you didn’t get a remote? No I said, he helped me to a table but I had to ask for the baked goods I had paid for and my beverage. Not a great first impression. Great staff, friendly service, clean, tasty and healthy food at a reasonalble price. Always a great choice for family or simply going out for eats.
