I ordered two pizzas here last week and came home to realize there was a DEAD BUG in one of them. When I had gotten there, there was one guy who was rude and did not pay me any attention. I then asked if i can have some ranch on the side and he only gave 1, or I should say threw me 1. He tossed at me as if I wasn't allowed to even ask. 2 stars because of the nice lady who was working the front desk.

I've honestly never had a bad pizza here, but I won't be frequenting this location any longer. They don't accept the loyalty rewards, which I found out when they didn't include it with my order. I wanted to tell the delivery person to keep the pizzas and reverse the credit card funds, but that would've also taken away their tip. Sorry, Market Place location, but we won't be doing business in the future...

I don't know who you have answering the phones now but me and my wife have both tried to order twice and couldn't get through a call with this guy he has to be high out of his mind. He asked me for my number 3 different times spaced apart by a few minutes. Put me on hold twice and was taking to someone else while I was on the line.

My family lives right around the corner from this location and raved about the special feature of getting a wrist band and being able to approach the taps and pour your own draft beer. We visited this location on Halloween 2021 and we all got different beers. One by one we all noticed that our beers tasted very, off, we notified the restaurant, they didn’t offer a refund, management didn’t seem to really be concerned. One time , no big deal.Well low and behold, we visited the restaurant again today and made the mistake of getting the wrist bands again. It was soooo much worse. And it isnt just one beer brand, it’s all of them!! There is clearly something growing in those lines, and they clearly don’t care enough about the customers to do something about it. It’s been an hour and I still can’t get that taste out of my mouth, truly disgusted that they didn’t do any work on it in in the past 3 months! Now we are at the bowling alley in Dublin and my sister is having tummy trouble. If you are planning to enjoy the amenities at this location, do yourself a favor and pass. I’m thinking of notifying the health board because they didn’t seem to care today either.

This is my favorite Round Table Pizza in the Tri-Valley! Ordering through the app is quick, easy, and offers the ability to view any specials each specific location may be offering. I've ordered from here twice the last few weeks and both times did not disappoint. The pizzas are carefully crafted with a generous amount of toppings. They don't skimp on toppings here! Of all the chain pizza joints out there, Round Table's crust and flavor is the best. Both my orders were ready before the promised time shown on the app. The customer service here is excellent! On both visits, I was immediately greeted and welcomed upon entering. The check out process was quick and easy. Thank you!

Recently mask mandates were reissued in this county, however only 2 employees were masked of all employees that were visible to me (I saw a total of 7). I was surprised to see the majority of employees not masked while making my food. We decided not to eat our pizza or salad (which was sent home to me without the dressing anyway). I called and the supervisor I talked to was apologetic, but it seemed to me there was no enforcement of guidelines coming from the owners not just the young staff I saw. The solution of the food I payed for but would not eat was to credit my customer profile (I doubt I will be back anytime soon, and for sure not during this pandemic!) At a time where information on new variants is still being collected, relaxing health protocols around food preparation and service is not wise and a lazy business practice. Restaurants have to follow health administration standards more than any other business- what is happening at this establishment?

Hey Round Table You Just LOST a good customer.. We ordered a large King Arthurs pizza Which cost almost $30.00 & Received Someone else's reheated pizza that they didn't want.. Unbelievably awful.. The anchovies were hard & swiveled up along with the pepperoni dried up & hard...You can tell it was Sitting around for at least a few hours... People Before U leave make sure you check your pizzas before you leave.. We wont be back SO was it worth losing a GOOD Customer... because you didn't want to throw out this pizza....

Visited this specific round table twice now over the course of two weeks, and I was happy to say that the pizza was awesome both times. I ordered the garlic twists which were delicious. I loved how they were crispy and super warm when they got to my table. Alongside the twists, I ordered a chicken and garlic gourmet pizza which was also spectacular. Both times I went to the market place Round Table, I enjoyed more slices of pizza than I eat at other places. Everything about my experience was a 5 stars in terms of food and costumer service. I decided to eat inside and was a bit bothered by a huge fan that was in the other section of seating. That fan was massive, and kept on blowing air onto my face and my food therefore cooling it down a bit sooner than I would have liked. Though my food my food cam extremely warm to the table, it did not stay that way. I hope that they have fixed that issue, and if the Round Table Market Place can get some renovations than I would for sure give them a 5 stars. The issues that I mentioned are also specific to indoor dining, but still something that shouldn't deter you from visiting. Will definitely be back soon!

Leah - I know management is reading these reviews so I really hope you can recognize your team for their OUTSTANDING customer service and take time to celebrate that! Our pizza was SO good yesterday we ordered again today! (Oops summer body :)) custom order that Amanda called to confirm due to my allergies. I really appreciate this level of care and consideration! Thank you Market Place team! On time delivery, hot, delicious, social distancing and masks in force! Really appreciate the step up from last experiences over a year ago :)

Do NOT go here!! This place is beyond horrible! Delivery is an hour longer than they tell you and it arrives cold. Customer service is subpar.

I was craving for pizza, so I placed an order online for pick up and my order was ready when I got there. The chicken wings were dry and the chicken pizza (with veggies) was bland... yikes!! The mushroom pizza and twisted garlic bread was okay. I was disappointed on the food, but their customer service was good. I probably will not order from them again.

I placed my order over the phone for pick up, it was ready when promised and it was one of the best pizzas I ever had. The woman who took my order and the man who accepted payment were nice and friendly and whoever prepared the pizza was spot on-exactly as ordered.
