By hand, we build layers of yellow cake flecked with all the colors of the rainbow, our Double Fold Vanilla ice cream swirled with ribbons of juicy Oregon blackberry jam, and a tangy cream cheese frosting. You don't need a birthday to take part in this celebration.

Amazing ice cream shop within the city center at bishop ranch. As you can see from photos, they get crowded quickly but the efficient staff is all about efficiency. Love the flavors and aroma inside this cute shop. Recommend!!

Packed for a Saturday 10PM.

Two of us ordered:
double scoop $8.50
single scoop $6.75
split scoop $0.50

Staff was friendly. Came by after eating at LB Steak.

Line took a bit longer to churn through than other Salt and Straws.

I don't believe there was any seating inside, some seating outside.

Interesting flavors. I love that they let you sample any flavor. I got a single scoop split with 2 flavors in a fresh waffle cone. Coconut cake & pineapple jam (so so good, but it's ending soon) and coffee & love nuts (so good too). I sampled the strawberry Balsamic & black pepper and pear with Bleu cheese, these were tasty too. If you go here, expect to wait in line, we waited about 20 minutes. I'll def come back.
