Social Affairs is a cute little corner on the second floor of a fancy mall. The place is newly built and remodeled. I was looking to know more about the places. But I guess we chose a bad day to do it. The day we arrive was a public event like a concert and all the Mall was busy and running with people, it was a nice day.
