Never go to Starbucks in Bishop Ranch if you want a blended frozen drink. Don't know if it's because she was a new worker or just incompetent, but i ordered a Frozen Pineapple Passionfruit Lemonade and what I got was so disappointing. I ordered in person and waited for my drink in store. I watched my drink get made and get left in the blender. The worker decided to make other drinks forgetting the blender. Finally went back to pour my drink and then. Instead of turning around to call my name or place it on the counter, she placed my drink on the work station and then started finishing other drinks. Tried to get her attention but I guess she was in her own world. By the time she called my name for my drink it had already melted and separated. When I asked about it a worker said "yes it separates over time." Which then I replied "why is it separated when I just got it?" They replied "well what do you want me to do about it? I can remake it." I just walked away. A waste of my money and time.

I’ve bought multiple beverages from this Starbucks and they consistently disappoint me. For a more ‘authentic’ Starbucks taste I would go elsewhere.

This is a licensed Starbucks location. I come here often before I go to work since it's the most convenient Starbucks for me. You never know what you're going to get at this Starbucks. Literally. A few times I've come here and they're closed at 8 am. There is definitely an employee issue at this location. Most times there is just one employee. Occasionally there are two employees; but, for some odd reason one barista will be called away. The average wait time to order and receive your drink is 20 minutes. That's too long for a drink. I realize it's because there are many factors. Mainly, you are not able to order on the Starbucks app like if you'd patronize a corporate Starbucks. Also, sometimes the drinks are on point and other times it tastes like milk and ice with a splash of espresso.

I’m a regular here and my drinks are usually made pretty well. However, I went in today and they had put a new worker who was barely trained on drinks alone to which I had to tell her how to make my matcha and what instruments to use from how I’ve seen them make it. Mind you I have never and do not work at Starbucks. I will not be returning to a place who treats their coworkers like this and couldn’t give her the decency to fully train her or schedule another person with her. If there is a shortage in workers then just close this location and transfer the workers to another location that can actually utilize and train them! I’m a regular work environment new workers are always supervised and not left alone to figure it out!

If I could give this Starbucks no star I would. The two guys that were working didn't seem to know what they're doing and have terrible customer service. After forgetting to make my drink (I was the only person there at that time so it's not like they were busy) they then made my drink wrong (completely different drink then what I had ordered) when I know exactly what I ordered. Then when I told him that's not the drink that I ordered one of the guys tried arguing about it and then finally the other guy just made the correct drink. When I was sitting at a nearby table with my child I could hear the dude that took my order wrong loudly talking about me to the other guy working. It was so rude, annoying and unprofessional so I confronted them. I come to Starbucks nearly every day for the same drink so I'm pretty sure I know exactly what my order is. They didn't give my daughter her cake pop which I just decided to not say anything about at this point and the breakfast burrito I got wasn't even fully cooked so I didn't even eat it. As I was sitting there I watched them screw up on other customers drink orders and even heard a customer complain about being overcharged.

I love this Starbucks. The lines can get long because there’s usually only two employees working at a time but they make my drinks the best. They’re very jovial , accurate, and go above and beyond. Both of the Chasidys or so cool. Ebby and Joseph are super friendly. Love this Starbucks!

Terrible service. Assistant stated charge never went through but my bank stated it did. She proceeded to ask me if I had another card? Why would I try again, I already have to deal with rebuting the initial charge

This Starbucks is located Inside of Safeway at the far left entrance by the bakery. Yelps directions state its in the somewhere in the shopping center which is false. This location no longer has any seating or tables to enjoy your drinks or food so plan accordingly. Drinks: 1. Tall Matcha latte {4/5 stars, $4} - My favorite. This latte was nicely made, sometimes the matcha is not mixed well, resulting in a chalky texture, but this barista knew how to make a matcha latte which was great. Taste wise, delicious. Nice sweetness from milk, with a touch of vanilla. Service: Little slow. Only one other person waiting on drinks. Was not greeted or told id be right with you. Only acknowledged me after a few minutes pasted by... Overall: Id tend to like to go to the stand alone Starbucks for drinks, as I find them to be more in stock of items as well as better service, but this location did an ok job at producing drinks when you're shopping in Safeway.

i like going to this starbucks while doing some shopping. they always make my drink correctly and yummy. the only thing about this starbucks is sometimes they can be a bit rude but most of the time they have good customer service.
