Never go to Starbucks in Bishop Ranch if you want a blended frozen drink. Don't know if it's because she was a new worker or just incompetent, but i ordered a Frozen Pineapple Passionfruit Lemonade and what I got was so disappointing. This is a licensed Starbucks location. I come here often before I go to work since it's the most convenient Starbucks for me. You never know what you're going to get at this Starbucks. Literally. A few times I've come here and they're closed at 8 am. There is definitely an employee issue at this location. Most times there is just one employee. I’m a regular here and my drinks are usually made pretty well. However, I went in today and they had put a new worker who was barely trained on drinks alone to which I had to tell her how to make my matcha and what instruments to use from how I’ve seen them make it. Mind you I have never and do not work at Starbucks.
