I stayed here for a work trip for just one night and booked through our employee booking system. I arrived much earlier than the regular check in time and didn't have high expectations of getting into a room right away. The staff was very friendly and though they didn't have a room ready right away, they did have one within 20 minutes of my arrival and got me checked in early with ease. Joel at the front desk is AMAZING!!! Super nice, professional, and extremely caring!!! The Hotel is nice and clean. Not sure why the negative reviews, highly recommend this place to anyone!!!

3.5 star experience I recently stayed one night for work. Booked online through our company booking tool. I Arrived late around 10pm, self-parked (free), and checked-in. The front desk staff member was kind and quick. The lobby lounge area on this particular Thursday night was lively with a corporate group. I liked seeing activity. My king-bedded room on the 4th/top floor was clean and equipped with a hair dryer, toiletries in the shower, and a makeup removal wipe (nice touch!)....read full review
