The food was descent and the service was great. The atmospher was underwhelming. If they can bolster their branding, have more of a lively environment, then they can do much better.
We came for my birthday. I really wanted ramen, but the wife was craving sushi, so we settled for Ukai. Don't come here for the ramen, it is pretty mid and I had the Chasu Ramen. Sushi rolls are pretty large, so you won't be disappointed, the fish and other ingredients were fresh. Our daughter had the chicken katsu meal and she said it was ok.
This looks like a decent spot with a mixture of cozy booths and tables. The ramen was actually decent, flavor wise, and the char siu was actually tender. But what's with the fully cooked egg?
