My fav local smoothie shop! The smoothies are delicious and they keep me full and energized for hours after I work out and go about my day. The service is always friendly and super quick.

I placed an order through DoorDash (convoluted because it was through an entity called Harvest Kitchen, but the food that arrived had Vitality Bowls branded lids on them), and I checked boxes to exclude cheese and to indicate I have a dairy allergy. The two identical bowls I got both came with cheese all over them, and I had to fight with DoorDash a little to get a full refund. I also requested the phone number of the restaurant, but DD gave me a nonworking phone number. Eventually I found the number myself. The reason I’m giving a good review is that when I called the store to let them know what happened, the gal who answered the phone was super apologetic and sweet, and actually seemed concerned and sorry that they screwed up my order. This seems to have become vanishingly rare; it’s amazing how often people will make mistakes and then act like jerks when you try to talk to them about it. My customer service experience with this person at Vitality Bowls was very positive, and I would go back to the restaurant just because of that.

I’ve gone here a few times for lunch and usually get one of their açaí bowls. However whenever I get a sandwich, they are very low effort and quality. I just got the steak chimichurri wrap and was excited because it looked really good in the photo. When I got it, it was leaking oil in the wrapping paper and was not even cut in half. None of the ingredients were integrated throughout and each bite had a different flavor. The place only has one employee at a time usually and it’s always a middle/high school student. The amount of effort they put into your food is minimal.

Visiting town to stay with some family for the holidays when I came in to this location to try out their food, I didn’t know they had hot items as well but I went with the peanut butter chia toast! Wait time was practically 0, as my food was out in less than 5 minutes and pretty good!

l ordered a power panini...it was the most horrible sandwich I've ever had!!
It had lettuce, avocado, tomato and don't know what else...I had to throw it away!
After waiting for 20 minutes...
Do not go to this location!

Lauren was very respectful and made the dragon bowl exactly as I asked. Even with all the customizations. She deserves a raise!!

I come to this location couple times a week, usually it takes a good 20 minutes to prepare your order and today it took the guy less than 5 minutes to hand me my bowl and it was the worst vitality bowl I’ve ever had.. I had to throw it away. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION..from all the bad reviews it’s apparent that the owners don’t care and it’s a matter of time before they end up closing the doors.

The vitality bowls themselves are fine… but DO NOT ORDER SANDWICHES. No atmosphere. You’re expected to order through a computer yourself. Bread sucks. SUPER TINY for an un-toasted $9 avocado toast with premade avocado spread and a FLAT $13 panini. Not to mention they forgot the chicken on both.
Dietary restrictions: No option on the computer to put “no cheese” and the gluten free toast is crazy small and not prepared well.

WAY BETTER customer service than last year. My bowl had all the ingredients and it was ready on time. (I know bare minimum) My bowl was a little melted but drastic improvement. Before it took almost an hour for ONE bowl with ingredients missing and employees were always leaving
