The vitality bowls themselves are fine… but DO NOT ORDER SANDWICHES. No atmosphere. You’re expected to order through a computer yourself. Bread sucks. SUPER TINY for an un-toasted $9 avocado toast with premade avocado spread and a FLAT $13 panini. Not to mention they forgot the chicken on both.Dietary restrictions: No option on the computer to put “no cheese” and the gluten free toast is crazy small and not prepared well.

I don’t know what’s going on but hours for this store changing is said should open by 8am but they open sometime at 9:30 am or 10 am unfortunately they never opened on

Made a yelp account just to write this review. Out of all the Vitality Bowl locations i've been to.. San Ramon blows the rest away! The atmosphere here is warm and welcoming and my family and I were able to have a great lunch thanks to the staff!! Definitely WILL be back

I have tried multiple times with this location going things would get better. Services is always slow and despite being slow bowl is done very sloppy , missing ingredients or little to none. Don't order from here unless you want to be disappointed

WAY BETTER customer service than last year. My bowl had all the ingredients and it was ready on time. (I know bare minimum) My bowl was a little melted but drastic improvement. Before it took almost an hour for ONE bowl with ingredients missing and employees were always leaving
My friends and I went to this location and we were unsatisfied. I ordered a vitality bowl and the açaí was very icy and clumpy, and the toppings were also very minimal. My friend ordered a wrap and the worker forgot to heat it up; after giving us the food, the worker asked if we had eaten it yet before taking it back and grilling it. The place was clean though and the atmosphere was nice.

As I was parking in front of the entrance, noticed an employee leave the store and go in to his car and then back inside, all while wearing blue rubber gloves. There was another customer that went in right before I did, the employee rang up the man in front of me, left to the back, then returned with his açaí bowl, still wearing those same gloves (noticeable because of how wet they appeared moist/wet underneath as if he'd been wearing them for some time). I'm pretty sure the fruit atop of an açaí bowl requires some handling to arrange so I changed my mind considering how many things the employee had touched and was still wearing the blue gloves.

So good! I am a huge fan of all things Acai and this cafe has a lot of healthy options. My bowl was made just how I ordered it.

Service is reallly slow. Been here twice and each time was slow. Because they only have 1 worker in duty that takes orders (including phone and online orders) and makes everything. Quality is ok though, better than Jamba juices açaí bowls.
