i’ve had many bad experiences but my most recent visit was the complete opposite. service was fast and the person who helped me at the window was very nice and drink was good, i believe her name was isa. will be back.

Really a nice Starbucks, never busy and room to sit and work.Unfortunately at the managers direction, they refuse to comply with the corporate refill policy, which permits a refill to hot or cold coffee from ANY original beverage.After making a complaint, it seems every subsequent time I return there is some excuse why my order was delayed or entirely forgotten.Customer service goes both ways and if you want to polite customers that discard their trash and speak politely, then...
