I’ve been to several locations in my area but this particular location does not meet the same level of service or accuracy of items ordered as other locations near me. I tend to order the same drinks (pink drink & dragon fruit refresher) I always request extra inclusion in the dragon fruit refresher (I pay for the extra) yet they never add it and they say they do. Their chai tea latte isn’t the best, they don’t froth the milk properly so it just tastes like plain chai tea with milk and their breakfast options are reheated. I recommend going to a small business coffee shop as Ive found their drinks usually taste way better, especially with fresh roast coffee and generally have a wider variety of pastry options. Coffee was served cold. When I went to exchange it, the personnel seemed upset and bothered by my request. Not friendly at all, and very impersonal. Your order is placed on the counter and you pick up if and when name is called. Place was dirty and need cleaning. Personnel acted as if they are doing your favor by being there to serve you. STARBUCKS post-pandemic has really changed, for the worst!!!
