“Game over, man! As person of German descent, to say we love Bierocks is an understatement. Ever since the church stopped making their yearly batch of them, I have been searching for it’s replacement, having personally failed at the diy method. Surprisingly, the Bierocks Shop does not reign supreme yet puts up a very acceptable contender. But yesterday the search ended when I discovered this shop recommended by the church. The donuts rival Judy’s in presentation and taste, but the Bierocks were a gorgeous, egg washed sight to see! I bought 4 and we had a taste testing. Microwave 1min for warm and soft or oven bake for crispy. Peppery, flavorful, sweet cabbage and beef perfection. Even the fair ones take two to equal the filling power of this sweet bun. Thank you for keeping this tradition alive, those with German heritage, and there are many here in the Valley, appreciate your wonderful treat! We are taking a sample to the German society for their opinion! They’ve never tried it just heard they were excellent.“

“Called in Ready in 15-20 minutes Food was delicious! Always is“

“Todo delicioso y Muy buen servicio“

“I grabbed a banana bread and a brownie from a local vendor at the Clovis Farmers Market—and wow, both were incredible! The banana bread was super moist, full of real banana flavor, and had just the right amount of sweetness. You could taste that it was homemade with care. The brownie was rich, fudgy, and perfectly chocolatey—seriously one of the best I’ve had in a long time. If you’re at the market and see these—don’t think twice. Total hidden gem!“

“The BEST cookies ever!!! Dotted Dough continues to amaze me with deliciously creative new flavors each month. I can honestly say there has not been a single cookie I haven't enjoyed! I've ordered from Leslie personally and also for corporate/bulk others, and she is always so prompt and kind. I would highly recommend supporting this lovely local small business!“

“Además de ser el mejor pan del área y siempre atender muy amablemente . También tienen un buen corazón. Fui a comprar unos bolillos la propietaria me los regaló cuando le dije que eran para hacer tortas para el personal de la casa de retiro donde yo trabajo. Muchas gracias !!“

“My family loves it here. They have really cute decorative doughnuts for the kids and still affordable. Such a good variety of food, boba, and doughnuts. Love their spiderman doughnuts and mermaid doughnuts. And the people who work there are really sweet.“

“Stopped by today for a brookie, was immediately greeted by staff and met with lots of smiles 😊 there are many treats and drinks here, from chocolate to sweet and sour gummies. Lots of fun candies, drinks and toys to make a gift basket with. Stuffed animals and keychains are very good quality. They also serve ice cream there and the prices will not break your wallet lol it’s a little cramped in there but overall a nice treat for the family“

“Highly recommend!! The Strawberry Tres Leches is soo good! Will be back! Really affordable too ⭐️ 🙌🏼“
